The service
GIF Diet provides free tools that convert and compress files. The tools run in your browser on your own device. No account is required and no fee is charged.
Acceptable use
You may use GIF Diet for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the content of the files you process and for holding the rights necessary to process them. Do not use the site to process material you are not permitted to handle, and do not attempt to disrupt the availability of the site for others.
Your files and your rights
We claim no ownership or licence over anything you convert. Because files are processed locally and never transmitted to us, we could not use them even if we wanted to.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Conversion is a lossy process for many formats and results depend on your device, your browser and the source file. Always keep an original copy of anything important. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or that any particular conversion will succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of this site. Since the service is free and processes nothing on our servers, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

Pages on this site display advertising served by Google. We do not control which advertisements are shown and are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of any site they link to.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
